English Proyect - Jesus Castaneda

Introduction: 

I really enjoyed making this project although there were a lot of difficulties I never expected like how difficult would be to me a song that rhymed and went according to the beat or background song you could say. I don't have that much experience making editing videos but in the end, it went really well with the help of my teammates. I would definitely say that the most complicated thing to do in this project was definitely the song because I didn't have anything in mind so I searched and searched a lot of songs to give me inspiration although they weren't talking about the topic they really helped me make the lyrics.


The Process:

When we first started the lyric and the song we chose I was so confused about how I would combine both into one so I went deeper and looked for more songs. My first option was Fluorescent Adolescent by Artic Monkeys, the second option was probably my favorite of all of them which was My Favorite Part by Mac Miller which didn't end up in the song because I had so many difficulties putting the lyrics into the song, it was so annoying because it really does have an amazing beat but it was so repetitive and weird structured. My last and best option of all of them was Location by Playboy Carti, I really didn't imagine ending up using one song of one of my favorite artists. It really came to my mind when I was at the point where I was so done with the project I was about to collapse because the due date was so close, so to feel relaxed I put that song on my speakers because of the beautiful melody it really has. So thanks to me being stressed I was able to use that song that ended up winning for best song in Teacher Franco Music Awards.


What can I conclude with this project:

In conclusion, this project helped me understand how difficult might be for one without any knowledge to make a song from scratch. Throughout the process I developed some kind of passion for making and editing videos, maybe this might be a new hobby of mine but first I'll consider taking photography lessons.
